Inspired by Spring, and some exciting upcoming travel plans, I’ve been conducting a month-long shopping cleanse. I was itching for a resolution of some kind, which always happens around this time of year because I never make resolutions in January. The weather is finally getting better, coming in at 60 degrees today, hurrah!, but it’s still too cold to dip into the bounty of tropical prints, wicker baskets and dramatic sunglasses that await us come summer. But it’s April, which is a big enough reason to  grab another coffee, and pull up a chair. It is time to start roadmapping your spring/summer look. Think of it like writing a first draft of an essay that you anticipate will need several edits called Spring must haves.

Lustworthy for Spring

You don’t actually have to buy anything between now and warmth as you’ll change your mind about what you like ten times. I do this all the time. I know this to be true from personal experience. All you have to do is mentally prepare yourself to feel the warmth on your skin again. I despise winter and what it does to my skin so much. Besides not shopping. I also I started cooking, which thus far usually involves massaging kale and putting many layers on top of it. But while I’ve been busy not shopping and giving leafy greens a back rub, my shopping cart has been cozying up to a few select items. It’s very independent like that. Here’s what’s accumulated and currently in my shopping cart.
