Cozy for The Holidays
‘Tis the season! I clearly embrace a time to dress up, especially for the holidays. There are parties, events, places to go, family to see, and gifts to bring. I am already tired just thinking about it. Does your daily routine require you to dress up or dress down? Although I love throwing on a great pair of heels, but I still have to work on my site, style clients, answer emails, care for my kids, and live my life. The gym? That probably falls by the wayside a bit. I try to stay active by running up and down the steps on the subway, which is a sure-fire calorie burn. Ha. Sleep? I am one of those people that without my beauty rest, I find it hard to function. So how about wearing loungewear to answer emails, get a cup of coffee, drop off your child at school (or if you don’t have a child), just wake up, and roll with it? Yes! You can kill three birds with one stone and multitask. Of course, by slipping into the right robe. It doesn’t hurt that the weather in December has been quite balmy, and we can allow ourselves to step outside with a tank top, a pair of shorts, slippers, and a scarf. Duh. Let’s get cozy for the holidays!

I love winter because its always and excuse to light a fire and dream of what summer will be like!
I love winter and spending weekends skiing with friends! Being on the slopes all day followed by cooking all evening is the best way to spend quality time.
This is easily my favorite time of year! Snuggling up with hot chocolate and a comfy robe is my idea of heaven!
The cool, crisp air of winter always invigorates me and then I can’t wait to get inside and get cozy with a blanket and a book!
I love almost everything about winter — hot chocolate, boots, big scarves and snuggling.
I like seeing snow and sitting by a fireplace in the winter.
Winter is my favorite because of the Holidays, also in the morning we cuddle and some nights when we don’t work we order food to eat and be cuddled up together watching a movie.That includes my dog.
Although I’ve always been a summer girl growing up, I’ve learned to love winter and appreciate nature’s way of reminding us to slow down and the importance of REST. In today’s world of over-tasking, we often are moving so quickly that we forget how incredible it can feel to be still. There’s something about cozying up on a cold winter night, with a fire crackling, and a glass of red wine that makes you feel like you can slow down even if just for a few moments and really savor it.
My favorite part of winter is sitting on the couch after a busy day of work, dinner, homework and bath time. I catch myself looking at the lights on the tree. It always really cold in the house from the weather outside so I usually grab a blanket turn on the old gas heater and take in the day or watch TV. It’s always bitter sweat when summer comes.

My favorite part about winter is spending time with my family after a long day of skiing….sitting by the fire with a bottle of wine, good music, and board games…….
I love Winter because it’s cold enough to use all of favorite accessories! I love leg warmers, scarves, and faux fur!
