Eve Denim high waisted jeans
It has come to my attention that we have just gained an hour of sunlight. And that makes me happy! A believer in getting your daily does of Vitamin C, the winter hours just aren’t enough. Here comes the sun for the duration until they change again in the fall. So let’s enjoy what nature gives us. Today really felt like spring and I broke out my lighter wash denim and pastel pink sweater. I am also a big fan of color blocking and these sneakers add a pop of color without breaking the bank! The Spring/summer runways proved that pastels will be the go-to color palette for spring. From sherbet-hued tweeds at Chanel to delicate-toned laces, a rainbow of pastels replaced the electric neons of the previous season. Spring forward with pastels. To nite: high waisted denim is definitely having a moment.
Pantone Loves Pastels Too
Often correlated with spring because of their association with Easter, I have boarded the pastel train. The light hues have often been presented as a refreshing option for the season with designers turning to pastels to bring a soft side to spring fashion. Of the top Pantone colors for Spring, Shocking Iced Mango adds a fruitful punch to a pair of cool watery hues. The sweet pink shade Little Piglet is what I am wearing, and Mystic Violet, a fanciful lilac. Ahead, check out some of my favorite tops, denim, and everything that embodies the gentle hue.
